Packaging & Shipping

The most common packaging methods for transporting industrial aluminum profiles are 3:

1. Wooden packing: This packing method is used by customers who need to send bulk cargo. In order to avoid aluminum profiles being crushed by other heavy cargo during transportation, it is recommended that customers who need to send bulk cargo use wooden cases for packing.

2. Big tie: the total volume of a big tie will not exceed 60cmx60cm. The outside of the aluminum profile is sealed with kraft paper. Each bundle of wrapping paper should weigh no more than 500kg. After each big bundle of aluminum profiles is packed in kraft paper, it will be fixed with 2-3 metal strips to make the packaging of industrial aluminum profiles stronger.

3. Metal unloading rack: In order to lift the unloaded goods more easily, metal unloading rack can be built. The industrial aluminum profiles are separated with kraft paper and pearl-cotton and securely wrapped to prevent scratching the surface of aluminum profiles.

Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept? 
A: We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 pc or 1 kg is ok to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company. 

Q: What is your payment terms ? 
A: Commonly two payment term for new customers: 1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;If you need any other terms, pls feel free to contact us too, we will try our best. 

Q: How long is your delivery time? 
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 7 days. 

Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?
